Home networking problems!

ok, firstly i can set up an entire college for networking but get stumped with this, lol!

Ok, I got 3 PC's at home all rigged up.

When i view all computers on my network I see all 3, which is fine.

First problem, on one PC when I click on it to open its shared resources I get this error:

Second problem, I have recently formatted one of the other PC's, when I go to browes that comp it asks for a guests password, i really can't remember how to fix that, i've done it before, but its gone from my head! lol

There is no server, just 3 comps running a standard network sharing files and printers.
