Windows can only be compiled by M$ they hav copyrighted

it can't be done like making Linux installation frm its' source code

buy ur copy of MCE so u get a license

building MCE is a against rules M$ will f****k u

u cannot compile any available M$ product

M$ agreement gives u only them to use it owned by M$

unlike Linux which u can own and make new Disto and sell,but ur end usr should also get the rights that u got

ie them should also can make it what they want .....
