xp install problem

im testing out my next UA cd and after it copies the files to the hdd and restarts then loads up, it give me the error "setup is being restarted............."

a min after this a box pops up and says "the path" then closes after a sec and the comp restarts, it does this forever

also for that box that says "the path"

the title of the box says lsass.exe and then something else but its too fast to make out
