Try uninstalling and deleting all the folders, including the USER folder made by the setup file. then search the registry for speed or something related to the game name. delete [bE CAREFUL] all the related entries.

Then install from scratch. If this doesnt work, maybe the hardware you have isnt compatible with the Game or has issues, update your drivers of all the hardware coponents from their respective websites, and let us know your Hardware configuration.

Because it hates you...or, maybe you have some problems. Either way, I would think we need some more info. What's your system config, in regards to CPU, RAM, and Video. Also, I would try running it without a lot of programs running first...such as WinAmp and the like. Also, a quick google search reveals that this looks to be a problem with many people who are trying to run the game off a backup or downloaded copy. Is that the case here?
