install unsigned drivers?

I have a compaq netelligent card, and i use win2k3 server. i pulled drivers off the XP CD but it is not digitally signed.

how do I get this to install and stay installed? after finishing with sysprep factory mode (app install) it goes back to being uninstalled.

i put drivingsigningpolicy=ignore in both unattend.txt and sysprep.inf to no avail. (i do not use sysprep -pnp, it's a waste of time to reinstall all that hardware)

try adding the [OemInfFiles] entries to your unattend.txt.
