vga.sys error

I had a perfectly fine working unattended winxp folder, all I did was scrub some stuff out according to the guide at http://unattended.msfn.org/advanced/space_saving_tips.htm

then i added some OEM folder with some apps, edited my winnt.sif file, and added a theme into my install and I get an error during the beginning of setup that says.

"File vga.sys caused an unexpected error 32768 at line 3159 in D:\xpsprtm\base\boot\setup\setup.c. Press any key to continue"

Then setup fails, and I have to reboot. Anyone seen this or know whats going on?

Have you tried creating another .ISO with the same folder!?

Worked with a few problems I had with older versions of nLite (yes, I know your not using nLite).
