Restarting explorer

From few days, when I work on my pc, explorer restarting itself. Without reason, without error message. Just reload all taskbar and desktop icons. I have cheked "Event viewer". There are this log:

Event Category: None

Event ID: 1002

Date:  02.9.2005 г.

Time:  00:59:39

User:  N/A

Computer: 2K3-SERVER

Description:

The shell stopped unexpectedly and Explorer.exe was restarted.

Please, help me to fix the problem!

Edit: I am using 2k3 Enterprise SP1
