network IP address doesn't assigned

i am shocked

i have released d-link 530 TX and hooked realtek 8139d

now i tried to assign the same ip as i gave to d-link to new realtek

it shows this window

solution is easy:

first you make this variable and set it's value to 1 from command line.

set devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices=1

then start the computer management

Start DEVMGMT.MSC

Then unhide all the devices and remove the NIC that isn't there anymore and reboot the system.
