Application problem

HEy guys,

I have a software client i need to use to log into for my broadband access. However, the program works completely except for the part when i type in my user name and password and click login. There it disappears, instead of saying login successful, and when i run my mouse over the icon on the taskbar, it just disappears.

Im stuck! I cant use my net unless i log in and the client stays on!

Is there an emulator i could use or some other thing...

I would say that it doesn't work at all..

Do you have a application name for this client?
