-DG- Posted August 30, 2005 Posted August 30, 2005 I installed on my paltop a copy of Windows XP, apparently cut by nLite.when i go to My Computer properties i get a message that it's powered by nLite... when i ask for more info i get a dialog box, saying:"nLite optimized - http://nuhi.msfn.orgComponents removed:Battery"well, as i am using a laptop, it would be really important to get my battery back, so i could at least see the charge level and apply some power management schemes...is there a set of missing drivers or a program, or a patch, or a registry key that would fix that problem...looking fwd to hearing from you SOON, guysthanks...
dman Posted August 30, 2005 Posted August 30, 2005 Try re-installing Your "un-nLited" copy of XP. You do have it, right???
ripken204 Posted August 30, 2005 Posted August 30, 2005 i also think that there is an option in nlite that has to do with a battery,u might want to check it over
