lansing Posted August 28, 2005 Posted August 28, 2005 i had installed a software from my ISP(those program that help register account), and after a reboot, i was told that my oleaut32.dll file was out of date, and then i replace the oleaut32.dll file with a newer one to fix the problem, after that, my applocale is not working.it can run, but it is not doing any encoding.
