Execute lnk-file

Hi there,

After failing to solve my earlier approach to this problem I'm trying a new method. What I'd like to do is open a shortcut by opening the corresponding lnk-file with an executable.

Why so difficult?

Because I need to be able to open the links using this method, and unfortunately just using the lnk-file itself just doesn't work.

So does anyone know of a Windows executable to accomplish this, or perhaps a third-party program?

I'd really like to solve this problem, so any help will be greatly appreciated!

Any other approach too, by the way...
