BTS Pops up WHQL Window

How do I stop the BTS packs from popping up the WHQL window 100+ times?

I noticed during the install process that WHQL Warning were set to off by the installer/integrator.

But yet it popped up a window about 100 time sasking me to confirm that I wanted to install uncertified drivers.
