  1. How do I stop the BTS packs from popping up the WHQL window 100+ times? I noticed during the install process that WHQL Warning were set to off by the installer/integrator. But yet it popped up a window about 100 time sasking me to confirm that I wanted to install uncertified drivers. Thanks.
  2. What does /integrate do for me that manually configuring svcpack.inf dosn't? I thought the idea of /integrate was to directly copy each update into the i386 folder, but instead all it seems to do is create a CAT file in svcpack and copy every hotfix into svcpack and it updates dosnet and svcpack.inf automatically. Thanks. -Rowan
  3. OK, I have built my CD, I install all the Hotfixes and all the extras available. And so I have a fully complete and operational system. EXCEPT: When I visit Windows Update, I have to download at least two things, the first one happens witin the first two - three seconds of visiting Windows Update site when "Windows is checking for the latest version of windows update software". I get a prompt to install "something". The next one happens, and takes about 1-2 minutes to download, with a % print out that increases to 100%. Then I get to the Express/Custom, select Custom and there is nothing to install. So the question is, WHERE can I get these two "things" that Windows update is installing on my computer from and how do I install them as part of my unattended install? I have looked in Add/Remove programs, nothing there, also looked on Windows Update at the "Recently Installed" nothing there... Thanks for any help! -Rowan
  4. Hey Folks, I have just built my first unattended install CD, WinXP with SP2 and all the current Hotfixes loaded into svcpack.inf I followed the Ulitmate Guide on this site, very good guide by the way. During the text based part of the install I get the message, "can't find file xpsp2res.dll". It gives me a retry option, which dosn't work. On my CD I have xpsp2res.dl_ I am assuming that this is the same file. I can read this file fine, e.g., copy it from the CD to my hard drive. Any help appreciated. -Rowan
