Fail To Install .net Framework, Plz Help

I successfully installed Visual Studio .Net be4. Because of the boot problem,

i re-installed the **** windows XP. I need to install .Net Framework in order to install

the Visual Studio .Net, but i failed many times to install this **** thing.

does ne1 have any clues?
