New version of opuc.dll

Hi all,

Today i tried to install opuc.dll with ryans 1.3.1 pack. Used txtsetup.sif and dosnet.inf for entries and ryans ini file for registering the file.When installation finished file was in my windows directory but it wasnt registered. Any comments? I used regsvr command to register manually and it was done. I installed my office 2003+sp1+all critical fixes,everything was fine.i checked mu,it showed KB902953 needed to install. I checked office update, but it wanted to install an activex, i installed and checked updates, all products up to date.

when i opened temp.int.files, i saw opuc3.cab, containing a newer version of opuc.dll.

this one seems a beta.
