windows doesn't boot after sp2 intallation

i've installed windows xp pro and sp2 on c: after installing sp2, windows does't boot. it freezes at windows boot screen(blue progress bar doesn't move)

i've also installed from my unattended cd but windows didn't boot.

what should i do?

Try upgrading your BIOS for your MoBo to the latest version.
