I found that Visual Studio 2003 can open and edit 64-bit resources, and I'm guessing the 2005 beta will to.

Interesting. I'll have to check this out if I can. I found a program called ResTuner that's supposed to be able to edit x64 resources in a future release this fall (according to their sales dept.), but no idea exactly when that's supposed to happen.
