One Note 2003

I am trying to install One Note 2003 and when I run the setup thiis error pops up:

Uninstallation of the patch package is not supported.

Any ideas on what to do? Also, I have tried to e-mail Microsoft about the problem but you have to have the product id number (PID) and you can't get that unless the program is intalled. Can anybody get me the PID for One Note 2003?

See if this will help. I had a similiar issue with another Office 2003 Pro application and this corrected it for me.
