Restore 'press enter' installer boot message

I used nLite to remove the 'press any key to boot from cd' boot message.

I want it back without having to re-do my slipstreaming and such. I put bootfix.bin back but that isn't restoring the boot prompt, suggesting that something else changed. Ideas? and that actually works just fine, case closed. oops.
