iqbal Posted August 18, 2005 Posted August 18, 2005 When I tried to drag and drop one mail from my Microsoft Outlook inbox to root folder(recipient name folder) mail disappears from the inbox. How can I find this message from the root folder.
ringfinger Posted August 18, 2005 Posted August 18, 2005 Run a search in Outlook on all mail folders.... And why are you dragging and dropping? Why not create a rule that will automatically move the emails into a specific folder that you want once they arrive? Just my 2 cents.
