TV Tuner not detected by MC

I have a TV tuner with remote of philips SAA7 xx chip

the driver given is for

LifeView FlyVideo WDM TV Tuner version:1.3.2040.0

& works with most TV apps like intervideo winDVR, MediaPortal, j river media center

etc

but Windows MC says tv tuner card is malfunctionig or driver not properly installed

Is MC compatible driver is available for the Tuner card ?
