Indeed, I rarely Am happy to see a bluescreen, but in this case it will help me troubleshoot the thing, I think this is related to asus gpu drivers but I am not sure. HOW can I force window to leave a error log or to show bluescreen ???

Right-Click My Computer > Properties > Advanced > Startup And Recovery (Advanced Button) and then look at towards the middle section for:

"Automatically Restart"

If that is checked, then it may blue-screen but you'll only see it for a few seconds at best...if it's unchecked then it will just stay on the blue-screen until you manually reboot it.

Now if you're in a cycle where you can't boot at all because it blue-screens before you can do anything then I think you are fubar unless you have something like ERD or BartPE to manually inspect the issues.
