Office 2003 upgrade

Hello,

I have upgraded Office to 2003 and now when creating a new word document I keep getting this message: Saving the Autorecovery file is postponed for "filename"

Any ideas please?

try deleting your normal.dot file from your computer and restarting word.

Does it do this in any of the other office application?

is the filename Normal.dot or is it another filename.. I had the same problem with my normal.dot and received the same error.. removing the file fixed the problem.

Hi,

This error message has the actual filename in it rather than the normal.dot, I have servicepack1 and updated with windows updates, It is happening to lot's of my computers any other troubleshoots please would be great?
