How to change scandisk background!

Hi ..sorry if this is offtopic... i just wanted to know if the background blue screen during scandisk can be changed..if yes..then could someone guide me... or tell me which file i have to change for eg..winntbbu.dll for windows setup billboard.

i think (so i'm not sure), it was the same file as the bootscreen.
