Resizing!

Is it possible to resize an image without so much quality loss? If so, pleas explain how to do so. I've got a few little images like 127x93 and I'd like to enlarge them and maintain or still come out with a viewable picture.

No. Not if they are bitmap images. Incl .gif and .jpg.

If they are vector images - no problem.

Expression (maybe now Acrylic?)
