sp2.cab error while installing winxp

I n-lited a copy of windows, and may have done something stupid, and got this error:

I used an n-lited winxp, with the boot menu type cd, so that I can choose users and install it, like in the following guide:

Any ideas?

Edit:

Well it works fine with the original n-lited xp. It doesn't work when I put in the PRO1 folders, and PRO1.DAT and the txtsetup.sif file. I gotta change something in txtsetup.sif file for the n-lited version?
