Can the UA install work on partitioned HDDs?

I have a slipstreamed nLite UA install disk that i created a while ago.

The problem i am having is that on my 160Gb HDD i have it set up with 3 partitions. OS, Programs and Data.

Now, the disc works perfectly if i format the entire drive, but i want to know how i can set it up to re-install windows on the OS partition only.

In the past it would install the new windows onto the Programs or Data partitions which i dont want.
