Virtual Folders

Featured Replies

I'm runing on windows vista build 5112 and I've been browsing the internet and saved some picture in the My picture folder but it is not any more in C:\Documents and settings\username\My Documents\My Pictures. Explorer says it's in a virtual directory.

Any explanation on virtual directories and how they work ???

Try C:\Users\username\. I think you'll probably find your pictures there.

As far as virtual folders are concerned, you might want to read up to understand better how they work.
