Personnal settings change by themself

I have a persistent problem that I can’t determine its cause. I have noticed

that certain of my folders (deleted items, spam) revert to the original

system profile settings even though I have changed them repeated to my

preference. Some folders are unaffected (inbox). This usually happens once to

twice a week. I haven’t discerned any pattern. Let say I change fonts or

other visual effect. It might stays for a week or so then it come back to

default. really odd. I use a workstation linked to an Exchange server. Any

clue some one?

Is it possible that someone in IT is resetting the exchange server?
