Non-Plug and Play Drivers

I have been trying to find some information on what Non-Plug and Play Drivers and services under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services you can disable, it seems that it's not very well documented as what services.msc is.

So if anyone knows a website that can explain what these drivers and services do and which are safe to be disable, that would be very much appreciated because I can't find anything on it anywhere.
