jcarle Posted July 31, 2005 Posted July 31, 2005 Make sure your Windows has all the updates installed and that your motherboard's USB drivers are installed BEFORE you install your printer.
Guest Jlo555 Posted August 2, 2005 Posted August 2, 2005 A lot of times if windows has already detected a device more than once it doesn't actually tell you. I found this out when I went to Control Panel>Add/Remove Hardware>Detect new hardware, VOILA "hp psc 1200 series". So, you might want to try that.
