Audigy 2 ZS installation problem

The InstallShield Engine (iKernal.exe) could not be launched.

The RPC server is unavailable.

That's the error I get when starting the install program.

Any thoughts?

it looks like the setup depends on sufficient COM (Component Object Model) with sufficient permissions. InstallShield does not have sufficient permissions.

Either make sure you are logged in as a user with valid permissions or

Make sure the COM and DCOM services are started.
