integrating nforce4 and sil3114 drivers

Anyone know how to integrate nforce4 as RAID and sil3114 as SATA independant drives. I use nlite 1.0b5 to integrate all but sil3114 successfully on A8N-SLI Premium but, would like to integrate sil3114 to install a couple of external SATA HDD with the option of making them bootable if I so desire.
