HELP PLEASE!

NEED SOME SERIOUS HELP HERE

I currently am using an ASUS A8N-SLI MOBO that has a built in

SiI 3114 controller. I am trying to get this Western Digital 2500JD SE SATA HD working in this computer. The BIOS recognizes the HD and so does Windows. When I look up the info on it it says 0MB.

When I try to view the drive in my computer however it does not show. But at startup, the computer tells me error that it cannot locate the SiI 3114 controller. I went into control panel and looked under the Silicon Image icon and got the properties and there is not a darn thing loaded for it. No drivers no nothing. I cannot seem to get this thing operable....It's driving me crazy...can anyone help me out of this predicament?

Make sure you have the latest drivers on your computer..

What I recommend is to uninstall it in every way from your computer..
