i have these files in my start-up since the day i installed my windows ,i think they are from my nvidia device driver but i need to know what are they exactly and what exactly they do and if they are necessary.

The first 2 are nvidia tray programs, the second 2 are the Input Method Editor (for inputting text in languages other than english)

all the four startups aren't important. u can disable them to have optimal bootup.
