[req]reduce number of icons per row in quicklaunch

Featured Replies

In quicklaunch (that thing to right on startmenu), me and many others have many icons (instead of on desktop, in startmenu or similar). there is 3 icons, then the arrow which makes it possible to see all other icons.

i want to change this! i would prefer 0 icons, just the arrow (no bloat here!).

i have tested nlite but didnt find the option, and ive searched on google for a .reg but no luck..

does anyone know?

/ thanks

hi,

have you try a batch file in post-install mode who will erase unnecessary links and will lock quicklaunch folder?

maybe a simply way with attrib and delete or a vbs file ....

like you want....

There is no way to do this because the limit of three before the arrow appears is hard-coded into Windows.
