installed apps window trouble

hello friends.

since some time my xp is giving me a strange INSTALLED APPLICATION WINDOW.

there is a lot of space, blank space, between 2 apps as you can see from the screenshots.

what the hell is that? is there a fix to wipe this useless space? 'cause i can't uninstall a white space

don't know how, but windows fixed this error itself.....oh my god!!
