Ok this is what i want: i want that after the guirunonce finishes with the silent instalation of the software , before you see for the first time the desktop , i want that an image to show up on the screen with some info about me, ive already made the image but i dont know where to put it in the wincd souece and what comms to use to start at the first run of windows and i want it in full screen so plss help me if you can!

I have no idea. Try to find an application wich can make your image to a .exe.
