un-authorized activity at startup

Hi, All

Recently I have noticed supicious activity when I startup my laptop (dell lattitude D500, windows xp professional).

I have searched all the net without much luck. If someone has experience with this one (see attached screenshot in word .doc), I would love to know how to get it off my computer.

What does cmdow @/HID in the title, refer to???

click -> start -> run

and type msconfig

goto the startup tab, and check the list. if there is any program that you dont know, or dont want to execute at startup, uncheck it.
