String tables in msgina.dll

How do I tell which fonts are for which strings? Are they in any particular order?

20125, "Franklin Gothic"

20126, "14"

20127, "Tahoma"

1812, "Tahoma"

1813, "12"

1815, "Tahoma Bold"

1816, "15"

1819, "Tahoma"

1820, "9"

Now are these in the same order as the strings?
