Problem with sfcfiles.dll

Ive Modded The sfcfiles.dll For A Couple Programs I Didint Want It To moniter. I have It working great but After Installation I Go To Event Viewer Theres A none fatal error .. Windows Complains About It Not Being Properly assigned even though I Ran Modifype On The Dll And Recompressed It To Cab. Any Suggestions

On what I could Be Doing Wrong ? Thanks

do resource editing

use modifype.exe -c switch

replace
