proPUNERE Posted July 8, 2005 Posted July 8, 2005 While signing up a new account on a specific site, they request an online webcam session from me in order for them to take an online snapshot.By entering this option, the site automatically turns on my webcam, the image transmission is taking place - going to and back from the site's server without encountering any problem, as I see myself quite fine on the site's webcam frame window.BUT... when I procced in taking the snapshot, windows pops up a little window saying:Microsoft Internet Explorer512: The JPEG control is not registered.I'm on Windows XP SP2. However, outside Internet Eplorer I do not have any difficulties if I am to open a JPEG picture, or compress and save another in the same format. Can anyone tell me what needs to be done about that? Please, I really need to get pass that.Thank you.
