second hard drive problems

i have a second hard drive that has video clips on it and windows wont let me access it and i dont want to reinstall it because it says my files will be erased. Is there any way for me to be able to access this drive

can u be more specific on the exact problem? whats the actual error and have u tryed any recovery apps? cheers

it says H:\is not accessible The wrong diskette is in the drive. Insert (Volume Serial Number: ) into drive H:\
