Finally i got the solution and i want it to share with u all

**************************************

Install XP with drivers and softwares

1 CDrom drive -->support folder--> deploycab---extract all files to c:\sysprep

2 run setupmgr.exe

3 Create sysprep installation answer file

4 Run sysprep

5 minisetup + pre activated + shutdown

6 reseal

computer will be shutdown

Restart ur pc with startup disk

Delete pagefile.sys (to decrease the image file)

Delete *.* c:\windows\system32\dllcache (c:\ = root dive)

creat ghost image in dos mode

transfer that image to a new hardware PC
