a quick glance tells me your copy command is the potential problem.

copy system32 c:\<whatever else it says>

should probably read something like

%windir%\system32\xcopy.exe [params] c:\<whatever else it says>

as i have never heard or seen he format your using to copy,unless your wanting to copy system32 to somewhere in which case i still feel it is incorrect
