change order desktop icons

I've added firefox to my desktop as an clsid, now I want to change its poition to after recycle bin

I couldn't find any way to do this

Right-click on Desktop & hover over Arrange Icons By & uncheck Lock Web Items On Desktop. You should be able to drag them around after that. If you want, lock again when done.
