June 28, 200521 yr kk during a pupils logon I would like it to set the keyboard power and sleep keys to "do nothing" so the machines cant be turned off by the keyboard and also if possible a way of selecting a certian sound device in "Sounds and Audio Devices" "Sound Playback"'s default device.Any suggestions/advice would be greatly welcomedAndy
June 28, 200521 yr How To Disable the Keyboard Sleep Button with a Filter DriverOr...Disable the ACPI (power management) functions in the BIOS will cause all three functions to be disabled.Or...Remove the Keyboard driver and install the default driver (101/104 microsft natural kebboard).Good luck with those pesky pupils (or should I say keyboard buttons)!
