If I use this accout,I could't add controller in VB 6.0.System clew No Access Rights.My account fall into Domain Users.attention,this accout could't be add to Domain Admins or other administraotr's groups due to somethings. I gather it has something to do with Visual Basic, but what you you mean by:"I could't add controller in VB 6.0.System clew No Access Rights."I've used VB before and I'm not sure what this means.It's possibly thtat you need to do this once as an Administrator first before a regular User could do this.
