Several ways around this:

Give domain user power user rights on local machine

Find registry and file locations and adjust perms accordingly

make machine a standalone (not added to domain)

I'm slightly inebriated and probably shouldn't be helping anyone at the moment. Thank God for spellcheck =]

Why don't you try giving us the exact error message and exactly what you were trying to do? I can barely understand what was going on. I gather it has something to do with Visual Basic, but what you you mean by:

"I could't add controller in VB 6.0.System clew No Access Rights."

I've used VB before and I'm not sure what this means.

It's possibly thtat you need to do this once as an Administrator first before a regular User could do this. I've run into this a lot with Visual Studio 6, including VB6.
