mouse middle button problem?

ok,i bought a new tvm 6 button mouse,the problem is that in all the games,when i roll the middle button down or up the screen in the games goes around like i pushed the left or right or... keys.

anyone seen anything like this? whats the solution?

and there is a software that came with the mouse that just map the softwares to the keys.
